• All items purchased from dhruvvaish.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRICING

• Prices are inclusive of taxes but do not include custom charges for international deliveries or bank transaction fees for currency conversion.

• We reserve the right to adjust prices or shipping amounts at any time without notice.

• An extra 15% charge applies for sizes larger than XL.

• We aim to display items as accurately as possible, but variations in style, color, size, shape, and look may occur.

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Shipping and Returns section for assistance.

• Some items in the catalogue may be mispriced despite our best efforts.

• If an item’s correct price is lower than stated, we will charge the lower amount and ship the item.

• If an item’s correct price is higher than stated, we may either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel the order and notify you.

• This pricing policy applies only to products sold and shipped by dhruvvaish.com.

• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees, with approximate conversion in US Dollars.

• The actual amount charged will be in your credit card’s currency, as per your bank/credit card provider’s conversion rate on the billing date.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

• All Dhruv Vaish orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Delhi, India to your provided shipping address.

• For international purchases, duties and taxes may be applicable based on the import laws of your country. Additionally, tariffs and customs charges may apply based on the destination country's regulations. The brand is not responsible for these charges; customers are solely liable for any applicable fees.

• Most orders will not require additional fees, but we cannot calculate when or how much customs duties may be charged.

• Customers are responsible for paying any additional customs charges assessed.

• Dhruv Vaish is not responsible for non-delivery if such taxes and duties are not accepted and paid by the recipient, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.

• This does not apply to USA orders.

• Orders from the USA are shipped under DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) mode.
  

• Some orders may not be accepted and may need to be cancelled.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion for any reason.

• Possible reasons for cancellation include limited quantities available, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or defects in product quality.

• Additional verifications or information may be required before accepting an order.

• We will contact you if your order is cancelled (in whole or in part) or if additional information is needed.

• If an order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the amount will be reversed back to your card account.

CANCELATION BY THE USER

• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

• Store credit may be provided at our sole discretion if the goods have not yet been shipped.

• To request a cancellation, email vaishdesigns@gmail.com or call ‪+91 8287000645 between 11 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday (except National/Public Holidays).

• Cancellation requests must be sent within 12 hours of purchase; requests after this time will not be accepted.

• For any refunds agreed by us, a 2% deduction will apply for Domestic Transactions and a 3% deduction will apply for International Transactions.

SIZING

• The fit of our clothing varies based on the cut, fabric, and style of each garment.

• Some garments are designed for a looser, relaxed fit, while others are styled to be more fitted.

• Please review our sizing guide to choose the size best suited for you.

PRODUCT PROPERTIES AND WASH CARE

• All Dhruv Vaish products are handcrafted.

• Subtle variations in color, texture, and finish are natural to handmade products.

• Our products are created using traditional crafts such as hand spinning, dyeing, weaving, wood block printing, and embroidery.

• We use both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes to minimize environmental impact while ensuring the best color quality.

• Irregular weaves or prints are not defects, as handloom inherently involves variations in uniformity.
  

COLORS

• We try our best to display product colors as accurately as possible on our website.

• Colors may vary depending on your monitor, so we cannot guarantee complete accuracy.

• Reds and blues may bleed; always wash similar colors together.

• Dry clothes inside out in the shade.

• Silks should only be dry cleaned.

• The arbitrator will be an independent and neutral third party chosen by the firm.

• The place of arbitration shall be New Delhi.

• Arbitration proceedings will be governed by the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

• The arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English.
